Warranty Information

Empire Brands, Inc. warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship to the original retail purchaser. Warranty does not cover damages incurred by cosmetic transportation, damage due to abuse, improper maintenance, or any other misuse.

To obtain warranty service, please return product to Empire Brands, Inc. for no charge repair or replacement at our option. When returning a PowerUP, please include all original tips with the unit when mailing it to us. When returning earbuds, please send the product itself in a padded envelope. DO NOT return earbuds in a letter envelope as it will NOT get to us. You DO NOT need to return the original packaging that any of our product came in.

Be sure to include the following info with your return: name, address, daytime phone number, and $5.00 to cover shipping. We accept Visa/Mastercard, cash, check, and money order made out to Empire Brands. If you purchased the product in the past 30 days, the $5.00 shipping charge is waived if you provide a bill of sale or receipted invoice for the proof of purchase. You must mail the product back to us and have it post marked by the 30th day for the waived shipping to be valid.
